| Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and quality of life in patients with diabetic macrovascular complication by way of benefiting qi, nourishing yin, activating blood circulation and resolving stasis. At the same time, search the effective evaluation method of T2DM treat by TCM with the applying of the integral of TCM syndrome and SF-36.Methods:120patients with diabetic macrovascular complication were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were treated with basic treatment of diabets.Treatment group, while using the basic treatment plus TCM decoction ginseng-astragalus compound prescription in the principal of boosting qi and nourishing yin, transforming stasis and freeing the collaterals, every150ml,3times a day for8weeks; control group with the basic treatment of diabets. The patients’ symptoms, signs, blood glucose, GSP and quality of life before and after treatment were observed. And comprehensive efficacies were evaluated.Results:The clinical studies show that:Treatment group, there were37cases markedly effective, effective in27cases, ineffective in3patients. The effective rate was47.3%, and total effective rate was94.7%. Control group,12cases markedly effective,31cases effective and13cases ineffective, markedly effective rate was21.4%, total effective rate was76.3%and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Treatment group can significantly improve the quality of life.The difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group significantly improved symptoms, signs, blood glucose, GSP of the patients. No significant relevance between QOL and blood component parameters.Conclusions:The method of boosting qi and nourishing yin, transforming stasis and freeing the collaterals can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, QOL, effectively improve the status and glucolipid metabolism, thus can earlier prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic macrovascular complication. |
