Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shenqi Compound Dialectical On Leptin And Tumor Necrosis Factor - α In Patients With Type 2 Diabetic Macrovascular Disease

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and the vascular inflamatory factors adiponectin, leptin, resistin in patients with diabetic angiopathies by way of ginseng-astragalus compound prescription.Methods:A total of120cases. According to the deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis, phlegm, deficiency of both qi and Yin with deficiency of Qi and Yin with heat toxin three card type, each into the group meets the standard of40cases, based on the stochastic logarithm table, randomly assigned20patients into the treatment group,20cases in the control group. The treatment group and the control group were treated with Diabetes foundation treatment, treatment for12weeks. Control group: use only Diabetes foundation treatment, without the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Treatment group:Based on the use of Diabetes foundation treatment according to syndrome were treated by Shenqi compound No.1, Shenqi compound No.2and No.3Shenqi compound treatment. According to the condition of patients in each group can be used in treatment of complications and concomitant drug complications, except the subject taboo drugs. Changes were observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, blood glucose, high sensitive Leptin and tumor necrosis factor index, and to evaluate the comprehensive curative effect.Results:The study showed that:(1) After treatment, Qi-Yin Deficiency with phlegm syndrome, the treatment group compared with the control group, total effective rate, symptoms, signs, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, improve, the serum level of Leptin, tumor necrosis factor-a levels decreased significantly, there was significant difference between group.(2) After treatment, deficiency of Qi and Yin with heat toxin syndrome, the treatment group compared with the control group, total effective rate, symptoms, signs, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, improve, the serum level of Leptin, tumor necrosis factor-a levels decreased significantly, there was significant difference between group.(3) After treatment, deficiency of Qi and Yin with heat toxin syndrome, the treatment group compared with the control group, total effective rate, symptoms, signs, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, improve, the serum level of Leptin, tumor necrosis factor-a levels decreased significantly, there was significant difference between group.Conclusion:For patients with Shenqi compound decoction treatment of diabetic macroangiopathy, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with diabetic macrovascular, reduced to a certain degree, the level of TNF-a in patients with LEP, improve vascular inflammation of the role of the state.
