The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shen Qi Fu Fang On Hemorrheol Ogy Of Patients With In Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and the influence on hemorheology in patients with diabetic macrovascular complication by way of TCM decoction ginseng-astragalus compound prescription-benefiting qi,nourishing yin,activating blood circulation and resolving stasis.Methods:120 patients with diabetic macrovascular complication were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients have three different syndromes,which are Incubative pathogen Qi and Yin deficiency,Incubative pathogen phlegm and Incubative pathogen haemostasis.40 patients from each syndrome were selected in this study.Both groups were treated with basic treatment of diabets.Treatment group,while using the basic treatment plus TCM decoction ginseng-astragalus compound prescription in the principal of boosting qi and nourishing yin,transforming stasis and freeing the collaterals,every 150 ml,3 times a day for 8 weeks;control group with the basic treatment of diabets.The patients' symptoms,signs,blood glucose,GSP and Hemorrheology before and after treatment were observed.And comprehensive efficacies were evaluated.Results: The clinical studies show that: Treatment group,there were 5 cases markedly effective,effective in 22 cases,ineffective in 4 patients.The total effective rate was 87.5%.Control group,1 cases markedly effective,25 cases effective and 8 cases ineffective,total effective rate was 76.5% and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group can significantly reduce the the whole blood viscosity shear rate 1,the whole blood viscosity shear rate 5?the whole blood viscosity shear rate 200.The difference of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Treatment group can also effectively reduce the whole blood viscosity shear rate 30,plasma viscosity,the erythrocyte rigidity exponent.The difference of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).And about erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K the ifference of two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Treatment group significantly improved symptoms,signs of the patients.For blood glucose and HbA1 c,treatment group have no preponderance to control group.Conclusions: The combined treatment of TCM and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,also effectively improve the status,glucolipid metabolism and Hemorrheology,thus can earlier postpone the occurrence and development of diabetic macrovascular complication.
