Purpose:Low levels of ALT elevations of chronic hepatitis B is the most common clinical manifestations of chronic hepatitis B and is inevitable in the immune clearance phase of chronic hepatitis B disease pathological processes and clinical stage. Medical studies have shown that injuries hot and humid is the most important cause of chronic hepatitis B, damp and heat is the most common clinical patterns of syndromes. The purpose of this project is to explor the effect of the Chinese medicine Hugantang for chronic hepatitis B patients with ALT, AST, TBIL, HBV-DNA role of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and to see weather the Hugantang can improve the patient’ clinical sypotom and the function of the liver,so as to address the clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B low levels of ALT elevations.Method:The subject randomized controlled study, select a total of60cases of liver disease Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Clinic chronic hepatitis B patients, divided into treatment group and control group,30patients in each treatment group, the treatment of to oral hugantang, the control group oral medicineThe glycyrrhizic acid diamine capsule treatment course of4months. Observed before and after treatment in patients with ALT, AST, TBIL, HBV-DNA quantitative before and after treatment of clinical symptoms points.Results:Treatment after Hugantang with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate groups ALT compared with each other, the P<0.01, statistically significant differences; the hepatoprotective soup with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate groups AST compared with each other, their P>0.05, statisticallyno difference; Hugantang and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate two groups TBIL of mutual comparison, the P<0.01, statistically significant difference. Protect the Hugantang and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsules for HBV-DNA, the hepatoprotective soup before and after treatment with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate between HBV-DNA quantitative DNA decline in the number of comparison, the P>0.05, statistically no difference.
