Objective:Based on the mature rabbit model of cervical syndrome,to observe the tendon junction of the model one group and the control group, the treatment group and the model two group, and the treatment group and the model one group, which is the Ashi point and also the main acupuncture and massage treatment site junction ultrastructure and a-SMA specific changes,to explore the mechanism of action of the massage treatment of cervical syndrome.Methods:40Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into4groups: control group, model one group, model two group, treatment group (n=10), half male and female. The model one group, model two group and treatment group modeling, which lasted for12weeks.(1) After modeling, taking the model one group and control group tendon junction specimens to observe the ultrastructure and a-SMA specific changes.(2) After modeling, the model two group freely in the cage after two weeks of feeding, take the tendon junction specimens spare. Treatment group:take the rubbing method and plucked method on the tendon junction, three times a week, every two composite practices each5min, after two weeks of treatment, take the tendon junction specimens spare. Taking the treatment group and the model two group tendon junction specimens to observe the ultrastructure and a-SMA specific changes.(3) Taking the treatment group and the model one group tendon junction specimens to observe the ultrastructure and a-SMA specific changes.Result:Pathomorphological observation:the control group no proliferation of fibrous tissue. The model one group were visible multifocal proliferation of fibrous tissue, the focal muscle cells deformation, necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration. The model two group were visible multifocal sheet of fibrous tissue hyperplasia, multifocal muscle cell deformation, necrosis, but no inflammatory cell infiltration. The treatment group were visible focal muscle cell degeneration, atrophy, but no fibrous tissue hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration. a-SMA immune histochemical assays shown:The control group a-SMA staining was negative, the surrounding tissues were no positive reaction products. The model one group a-SMA staining was positive, more positive reaction products were visible in the surrounding tissue. The model two group a-SMA staining was strongly positive, positive reaction products are widely distributed in the proliferation of collagen fibers. The treatment group a-SMA staining was strongly positive, positive reaction products are found in the surrounding tissue, compared with the model groups was significantly lower. IOD of statistical comparisons:Compared with the control group, the model one group of a-SMA IOD value was significantly higher (P<0.05); Compared with the model two group, the treatment group of a-SMA IOD value was significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:After modeling, the rabbit model of cervical spondylosis tendon junction can be seen at different degrees of fibrosis and a-SMA expression. After treatment, comparison of the treatment group and the model groups, fibrosis was improved, a-SMA expression was reduced. Massage can reducea-SMA expression, improve the cervical syndrome cervical muscle fibrosis hyperplasia, to achieve the purpose of treatment.
