Clinical Study Of Gallic Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Edema Anal Decoction Fumigation Treatment

Objective:Mixed hemorrhoids is the clinical common disease.The treatment methods are very much, after failure of conservative treatment,more be treated by surgical operation. Anal edema is the most common complications after operation of hemorrhoids. The primary purpose of this study was designed to explore the prophylaxis and curative efficacy of modified Sumac Gallnut Decoction for the anal edema after operation of hemorrhoids.To provide an effective method of treatment anal edema after operation of hemorrhoids in clinic.Methods:The60cases mixed hemorrhoids postoperative anal edema patients were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of hospitalized in our hospital. The treatment group received the modified Sumac Gallnut Decoction fumigation treatment,The control group radix sophorae flavescentis decoction Fumigation treatment. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and observe the changes of the total score of edema, and time of wound edema subside,, then the results were statistically analyzed.Results:After statistical analysis,after one week of medication, the treatment group had statistically significant difference (P<0.01) betwe the before fumigation and on the fumigationseventh days in patients, total edema score; the control group had statistically significant difference (P<0.01) betwe the before fumigation and on the fumigationseventh days in total patients edema score.lt suggest that the two groups have significantly reduced on anus edema after the treatment. The treatment group and the control group after fumigation seventh days showed no significant difference (P>0.05)in patients total edema score, the two groups both have a better therapeutic effect on anal edema. Fumigation of two groups after edema subsided time (P<0.05), there are differences, patients in the treatment group, edema subsided time shorter than the control group, treatment group control edema work faster than control group. The total effect of the two groups by rank sum test P>0.05, two groups had no significant difference in the total effect.Conclusion:The modified Sumac Gallnut Decoction and radix sophorae flavescentis decoctioncan are both improve the edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids, but the addition Sumac Gallnut Decoction in the edema subsided time shorter than the control group.
