Spectral Efficiency Technology Huoxiangzhengqi Magnolia Extract Formulations

Making the three kinds of extraction processes which are used by "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"(Edition2010) and prescription preparations of chinese medicinal (Ministry of Health issued drug standards), this study established the HPLC fingerprints of the three kinds of extracts which are60%ethanol thermal circumfluence extract,70%ethanol thermal circumfluence extract and95%ethanol thermal circumfluence extract. Analyzed the similarity of ten samples of the three kinds of process relatively with fingerprint similarity judgment system (state pharmacopeia committee of china,2004A), we found that similarity of ten samples of three kinds of extract were all greater than0.9. The study obtained the common fingerprints of three kinds of process, found nine common peaks in60%ethanol thermal circumfluence extract, thirteen common peaks in70%ethanol thermal circumfluence extract, nine common peaks in95%ethanol thermal circumfluence extract. And also set the peak area in the three kinds of process as variates, the study made hierachical cluster analysis, found that the process could be distinguished.The study do research on the analgesic, promote gastric emptying and gastrointestinal peristalsis and relieve constipation functions. From the mice tail-flick test, found that the three kinds of extract all could prolong the pain threshold of mice tail-flick (P<0.01), and the60%ethanol thermal circumfluence extraction group is better than the others. From the mice model of raceanisodamine defecation experiment, found that Magnolia officinalis extract can effectively relieve the constipation of the raceanisodamine model mice, Shorten the mice first defecation time, increase the6h defecation grain number and quantity, and the70%ethanol thermal circumfluence extraction group is better than the others. From the mice model of L-arginine induced gastrointestinal motility disorders, found that Magnolia officinalis extract can Promote the movement of gastric emptying and intestinal transit (P<0.01), and the70%ethanol thermal circumfluence extraction group is better than the others.After the study made grey relational grade analysis to the efficacy and fingerprint. Found the chromatographic peaks (Peak2, Peak3, Peak7, Peak9, Peak10, Peak11, Peak13(honokiol), Peak14(magnolol)) which have the great contribution to the functions of Magnolia officinalis and their relevance grade. So we can make this chemical composition to be the evaluation indicator of the process of extract Magnolia officinalis from Huoxiangzhengqi preparation.Based on the study of the correlation of efficacy and fingerprint, we found the chromatographic peaks which have the great contribution. The study can be the foundation of scientific evaluation of the process of extract Magnolia officinalis from Huoxiangzhengqi preparation which was corresponded to the correlation of efficacy and fingerprint.
