Purpose:By observing the changes of ET and BGP research the method of Tong Luo Bu Shen treating steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head, for the method of Tong Luo Bu Shen treating steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head provides the theory basis.Methods:96of Japanese big ear rabbits were randomly divided into normal group (24) and module (72), after the completion of the building, each group of randomly selected8only, to test whether building success, made after the success of the mould and then build modules were randomly divided into Huo Xue Tong Luo Tang high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and model group. According to He Xijing made molding mould, according to the high, medium and low dose treatment group respectively, filling and invigorate the Huo Xue Tong Luo Tang; model group and normal group were filling amount of distilled water. In6weeks,8weeks after the treatment of plasma ET, BGP and BGP related data detection and analysis of the femoral head at the same time observe the trabecular bone of the pathological slices of the femoral head, the trabecular bone of the bone cells, empty pit of bone, bone marrow hematopoietic cells, fat cells, and electron microscopy observation of femoral head empty bone lacunae, strives for the empty rate of the bone pit.Results:6weeks after the treatment:compared with normal group, model group increased (P<0.05), plasma ET content serum BGP content, femoral head BGP immunohistochemical IOD values significantly decreased (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P<0.01); Compared with model group, high, medium and low dose group of plasma ET content decreased (P<0.05), serum BGP content, femoral head BGP immunohistochemical IOD values increased (P<0.05), bone lacunae femoral head empty rate is lower (P<0.05); Comparison between high, medium and low dose group significant difference (P<0.05).8weeks after the treatment:compared with normal group, model group increased (P<0.05), plasma ET content serum BGP content, femoral head BGP immunohistochemical IOD values significantly decreased (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P<0.01); Compared with model group, high, medium and low dose group of plasma ET content decreased (P<0.05), serum BGP content, femoral head BGP immunohistochemical IOD values increased significantly (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate significantly decreased (P<0.01); Comparison between high, medium and low dose group significant difference (P<0.05).6weeks compared with8weeks:high dose group of plasma ET and serum BGP and middle dose group of serum BGP, BGP, empty bone lacunae femoral head rate, and low dose group of plasma ET, empty rate of the bone pit significant difference (P<0.05); High dose group of the femoral head of BGP, the empty pit rate and low dose group of serum BGP, femoral head BGP extremely significant difference (P<0.01); Dose group of plasma ET, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Huo Xue Tong Luo Tang can obviously reduce SANFH model rabbit plasma ET content and empty rate of the bone pit, can significantly increase the plasma and the BGP content of the organization of the femoral head, thereby promoting SANFH model rabbit necrosis of bone repair and new bone regeneration, for steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head has obvious prevention action.
