| Research Purposes To take FA values and ADC values of the diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)as well as the changes of the scores of MMSE measuring scale and Mo CA measuring scale as the detection and evaluation criteria before and after treatment of the treatment group(Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method intervening group)and the control group(drug group)on patients with non dementia vascular cognitive impairment.To discuss the treatment effect of the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method on the patients with non dementia vascular cognitive impairment,and provide basis for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease as well as application ofacupuncture in it.Research Methods1.All cases were taken from the outpatient department and the inpatients of acupuncture and moxibustion hospital in An hui province.Meanwhile 40 VCIND patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method intervening group)and control group(Nimodipine group)with 20 cases in each one.2.Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method intervening group: the patients will receive acupuncture treatment with Hua Tuo brand stainless steel disposable needle(Φ0.30 mm×25-40mm)after being routinely sterilized by using 75% alcoholic,the patients’ below points will be pierced quickly with one hand: Yaoyang kuan、Ming men、Zhi yang、Shen dao、Da zhui 、Yamen、Fengfu、Baihui、cervical Jiaji.According to the patients’ feeling about the needle,to retain the needles for 30 minutes under the appropriate feeling.After bringing the desired sensation,manipulate the needles three times again in the 10 th minute,the 20 th minute and the 30 th minute respectively.Acupuncture 6 days per week,and 8 weeks for a course of treatment.3.Nimodipine group: Take Nimodipine tablet(Each tablet is 30 mg,Bayer Healthcare Co.,Ltd.production)for 8 weeks,three times a day,one tablet each time.4.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Rating scale score was used,meanwhile FA values and ADC values were compared and analyzed before and after the treatment.In addition,the rating scale as well as the data of the two parameters in DTI technique were statistically analyzed by using software SPSS17.0.Results1.40 patients were included in the experiment without any loss during the process.2.The two groups were comparable,for there was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).3.After a course of treatment the the rating scale scores of patients from both groups were comparable respectively(P<0.05),the rating scale score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);On the two parameters of DTI,the FA values of the two groups both increased after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),in addition,the change of the value of the treatment group was significantly larger than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.01);The ADC values of the two groups both decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and there were differences(P<0.01),at the same time,the degree of decline in the the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.01).4.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients was that there was statistical significance(P<0.05),and the the treatment effect of the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method on VCIND is superior to the drug nimodipine.Conclusion The two treatment methods of this study,cognitive function in patients with VCIND are improved,but Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture curative effect is more significant,provide the basis for clinical application. |
