Purpose:Summary method of treating meniscal injury under arthroscopythrough cases.Material and method: Retrospectively analysis the127cases which weretreated by arthroscopic surgery. According to the partition method ofNewman, choosing different way of arthroscopic operation.Based on symptoms, signs, Lysholm knee functional scorepostoperation to evaluate post-operation.Patients with obvious symptoms and signs process MRI examination or secondarthroscopy. Results:Postoperative follow-up of104cases of patients with injury ofmeniscus (131cases of meniscus), resection,79cases of meniscus, meniscalsuture,52cases were followed up for6months to2years (an average of13±6.7months). Preoperative and postoperative Lysholm scale adopt paired t test,P values were less than0.01, think way meniscal injury in surgery effectively. Each type of tear falling by X2test,P=0.014<0.05. Account postoperativemeniscus injury is associated with the type of injury, and the longitudinal crackis the highest after the operation.104cases of patients,9cases reviewed mriafter surgery,3patients with secondary arthroscopy microscopy. MRI showsnormal meniscus shape, homogeneously low signal. In patients with microscopicexamination of the3cases,2cases suture location is good,1case meniscushealing. Conclusion:Arthroscopic surgery is an effective treatment of meniscus injury, key to the success or failure of the surgery is a reasonable grasp indicationsand choosing the appropriate surgical method. The meniscus of knee joint playsan irreplaceable protection, operation should as far as possible to maintainthe integrity of the meniscus. Meniscal repair operation diversity, but thetreatment effect is roughly same, physicians can choose according to the circumstance mastering methods of meniscus injury.
