Early Study Of 60 Cases Of Diabetic Nephropathy Yishenkang Particle Therapy

Purpose: Compared with benazepril hydrochloride，observe the effect of theYishenkang granula on microalbuminuria (mAlb) and Traditional ChineseMedicine(TCM) Syndrome of early diabetic nephropathy（spleen and kidney withthe blood stasis） and make the effectiveness to evaluate.Material and method:60patients included in the standard were divided intotwo groups with simple randomized grouping method, TCM treatment group with30cases, and western medicine control group with30cases. Both treated withfoundation treatment. The patients in western medicine control group tookbenazepril hydrochloride，the dose is10mg/time and1times a day.Those in TCMtreatment group took Yishenkang granula for therapy and the dose is9g/time,2times a day. The course of treatment was6weeks. Before and after the therapywe measured the mAlb, observed the change of TCM syndrome, and evaluated theoverall effect.Results: Comparison of comprehensive therapeutic effect after treatment:Total effective rate of Yishenkang granula group was92.86%, benazeprilhydrochloride group was71.4%,and it is statistically significant(P<0.05),itproves that the Yishenkang granula was better in the comprehensive therapeuticeffect than the benazepril hydrochloride; Comparison of TCM syndrome score,thereare significant differences in both groups(P<0.01).It indicates that Yishenkanggranula was better in improving the TCM symptoms than the benazeprilhydrochloride; Comparison of TCM symptoms improvement:There are no statisticaldifferences in the symptoms of numbness,thirsty to drink and languid betweenthe two groups(P>0.05),but about the rest of the symptoms’improvement,thereis a statistical significance(P<0.05). Comparison of mAlb: There is nostatistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05),it indicates that there is no big differences in lower the mAlb between the two groups.Conclusion:1. Yishenkang granula was better in the comprehensive therapeuticeffect than benazepril hydrochloride;2. Yishenkang granula was better inimproving the TCM symptoms than benazepril hydrochloride;3. There is no bigdifferences in lower the mAlb between Yishenkang granula and benazeprilhydrochloride.
