Clinical Study Zhenganxifeng Decoction For Treatment Of Cervical Vertebral Artery Disease (liver Yang Type)

Purpose: through the clinical study of Zhenganxifeng Decoction treating CSA ofganyangshangkang type, this study provides an effective method for treating this disease.Method: This study used a randomized control principle. The60patients with CSA of ganyang shang kang type were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in the control group, theothers in the treatment group. All the patients came from the orthopedics outpatient of the AffiliatedHospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The30patient in the treatmentgroup were given traditional Chinese medicine named Zhenganxifeng Decoction, the controlgroup were given Tianmagouteng granules. The2groups were treated for15days.Result: the total effective rate of the treatment group is93.3%. the total effective rate ofthe control group is76.7%, Compared with the control group, there was statistical significance inthe treatment group.Conclusion: Zhenganxifeng decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms ofthe patients with CSA of ganyangshangkang type. The curative effect is exact,worthy ofpromotion.
