This paper first introduces the composition, working principle and performance and fuel economy of loader of evaluation index and its influencing factors, establish engine, hydraulic torque converter, transmission and the vehicle dynamic model, introduces the engine and transmission in the input and output characteristics of working together. Based on vehicle simulation software ADVISOR to establish virtual prototype model of loader and loader virtual prototype performance simulation analysis and simulation results. The main content includes the following several aspects:(1) Master loader economy and power performance of the various evaluation index, and the influence factors of performance and fuel economy of loader.(2) Establish a loader engine, hydraulic torque converter, transmission and the vehicle dynamics model, and analyzed the hydraulic torque converter and engine work together when the input and output characteristics.(3) In the vehicle simulation software ADVISOR for car module on the basis of secondary development, to meet the needs of the wheel loader virtual prototyping simulation performance, structure at the top of the wheel loader virtual prototyping simulation performance module.(4) Considering loader for economy, power performance requirements, according to the set of driving cycles, the loader performance simulation experiment was carried out. The simulation results accord with real vehicle experiment results have higher degrees, Based on ADVISOR software develop loader performance simulation software is reliable.
