Economic Benefit Analysis Daxie Petroleum Terminal Project Phase II

On November5,2008, the State Council Executive Meeting determined10measures to expand domestic demand to promote economic growth in China, the third is to speed up the railway, highway, airport and other major infrastructure construction. On March6,2009, the National Development and Reform Commission released CNY4trillion investment trends. From the fourth quarter of2008to the end of2010, the national transportation infrastructure construction investment is CNY1.5trillion, accounting for37.5%of the total investment.Under the condition of market economy, the investment project decision-making of enterprise is important problem. It related to the survival and development of the enterprise. Jetty project as a national important infrastructure projects, plays a very important supporting role in regional economic. Because of the jetty engineering construction project with huge investment scale, long construction period, the influence of national industrial policy and the various factors such as the time value of money, to make reasonable decision of investment projects of this kind, is necessary to carry on the financial evaluation, investment of project construction and mature period of profitability, solvency, such as financial status, thus to evaluate the financial feasibility of the project investment.This paper takes Ningbo Daxie Petrochina Oil Jetty (phase II) construction project financial evaluation as the research object, is divided into three parts. The first part includes the first chapter of introduction, mainly lay the theoretical foundation of the paper, sum up the application of the theory, method, provide guidance for the practice of research; The second part is the second chapter, mainly provide the overall analysis and introduction on Daxie Petrochina Oil Jetty (phase II) project, from project construction scale, geographical location, construction conditions, engineering design, project implementation and organization management, and other aspects of project for general discussion; The third part includes chapter3and chapter4, this part is the core section of the paper. The third chapter contains the analysis and forecasting of market environment, competition situation of the project. In the fourth chapter, the financial analysis and evaluation from the aspects of investment estimation, profitability and so on of Ningbo Daxie Petrochina Oil Jetty (phase II) project has carried on.
