Research On Energy Consumption Limits Indicators Ganzhou Public Building Envelope

There are many scholars in the study of energy efficiency of public buildings, publicbuildings energy-saving effect because by the environment, climate and other factors, so todevelop energy consumption limits a region need according to the actual situation of the localenvironment, climate etc. So now many scholars in the study of public building energy efficiencyare in a region or a city as the research object. At present, in China’s Beijing and Shanghai hadsuccessfully developed a public building energy consumption quota, and has been implemented.But Ganzhou city as one of the larger cities in Jiangxi province did not make public buildingenergy efficiency limits for the region.This paper attempts to investigate the actual data by Thsware software to calculate the energyconsumption of public buildings, data processing methods and then use statistical analysis onincome, the energy consumption of public building envelope Ganzhou quota, provide referencefor Ganzhou city to make standard of public building energy consumption quota. Many factorsaffect the structure of public building energy consumption, considering my knowledge is limited,the energy consumption of public building envelope was chosen to study the quota index thispaper chooses three indexes, respectively, the energy consumption per unit of volume quota, thequota index, roof heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall heat transfer coefficient quota.In the process of the study of research methods and experience of Xu Qiang and others in thepublic building energy consumption for reference. This first energy consumption of publicbuildings in Ganzhou and the related policy analysis. The quota system energy consumptionstructure (including quota compilation method) are introduced. Then introduces the principle ofcalculation of the energy consumption of Thsware software and how to calculate the energyconsumption of public buildings. Then use the Thsware software of energy consumption ofGanzhou City thirty public buildings and the use of three kinds of calculation method instatistical analysis of the data obtained were processed. Finally for the actual situation ofGanzhou city public building energy consumption quota, and analyze the quota functionapplication and management of the quota standard.
