With the rapid development of China's national economy and the growing shortage of energy supply,building energy efficiency has become the important measures in implementing our country's sustainable development strategy.Residential building occupies a large proportion in total building,and its energy-saving structure technologies have become the key point in energy-efficiency project.With the improvement of energy efficiency standards in Xi'an area,the building external wall thermal insulation technology is developing rapidly,but there still existing many problems.For example,in the market,there have being a variety of building thermal insulation materials,but the good and the bad mixed together in their performances. such as the face crack,(dampproof,rainproof,) water tightness,thermal bridge, thermal insulation property,durability and so on.So it is very necessary to strengthen the research of exterior insulation system for outside wall in Xi'an.Xi'an city took the lead in implementing energy-efficiency standards for 65%in July 1,2007.The low energy consumption of residential building in the thesis refers to the residential building in Xi'an area,and its energy-saving can be kept at the base of 60%or 65%or even higher level.According to this background,and combined with the geographic location and climate features,the thesis gives the further discussion on the exterior wall structure technology as the following aspects.1.According to the Xi'an area's meteorological parameters,on the basis of comparative calculation and analysis in summer heat insulation performance about its inner and outer structure.The thesis advances that Xi'an area should be widely adopted exterior insulation. 2.Through selecting the model,making the analog contrast to the thermodynamic engineering performance of the residence in 1980s and energy-efficiency 65%, and then making the quantitative analysis and doing research on the outer wall heat transfer process.3.On the basis of doing the field testing and calculation on the wall heat flux intensity of the two residential buildings in Xi'an city,roughly giving the description on the hot interior environmental conditions in winter of the existing residential buildings.4.According to the development of the building insulation materials that are used more and its application status in Xi'an area,investigating the practical problems that all kinds of different types of exterior insulation technology arose in reality.After analyzing the problems of insulation structure for further details,then putting forward the concrete measures for improvement.Besides proposing a residential exterior insulation structure design that is suitable for different structures residence in Xi'an area,in order to provide a theoretical and technical support for the design and construction staff,the thesis makes a corresponding economic evaluation for it.The author hopes that the research can provide a strong theoretical guidance and technical support for residential energy conservation in Xi'an area.So that it can take further promotion in developing residential energy conservation project.With the research and development of the building energy-effciency,the structure types mentioned in the thesis are still being needed to be perfected further in practice in the building enclosure energy-efficiency.
