A Fuze Test And Test System

The testing and experimental system plays an important role during the fuze designing and production process.It’s an important guarantee for the quality of the fuze. A qualified system not only provide reference for the fuze design, but also ensure the product quality.Aiming at the characteristics of the fuze, different kinds of testing and experimental equipment were designed according to the testing and experimental requirements at different stages. According to the requirements, five kinds of the equipments were designed. These equipments can be divided into two groups, two equipments were applied during the production process and the rest were used during the experiment. The equipments used during the production process were board layer test equipment and component test equipment. The equipments used during the experiment were fuze self-destroying test equipment, fuze all-process simulate equipment and fuze self-check equipment.The equipments used during the production process were composed of host computer and MCU.The software installed in computer was developed in Labwindows/CVI. The data was transfered with C8051F340, and the signal was controlled by C8051F410. The equipments used during the experiment were designed with C8051F410.With other parts the equipment include setting part, acoustic-sensor part and switch part, it could be designed into self-destroying equipment, fuze all-process simulating equipment and fuze self-checking equipment.According usage effects these equipments were with reliable quality, and they were able to meet the demands.
