Testing System For Rudders' Performance Based On Labwindows/CVI

Testing System for Rudders'Performance based on Labwindows/CVI is a special testing system designed for measuring the rudder and fire control circuit of some type of missile. Be used for the rudder and fire control circuit production line, both to improve the measurement accuracy and also enhance the efficiency of production line testing.This thesis describes the design of Testing System for Rudders'Performance based on Labwindows/CVI, and development process. While on account of design requirements, on the basis of analyzed both the problem to be solved and R & D Status, according to practicality and reliability principles screening for various test programs. First of all, the thesis summarizes the conception and the traits of virtual instrument technology as well as the background of the development for the testing system, and then designs the main frame of the system.Based on it the thesis detailed discusses the hardware and the software design. The hardware design including analog and digital signal conditioning circuit design, relay control circuit design and design of DSP digital communication unit. Besides, in Windows 2000 operating system, the design of test software is based on the Labwindows/CVI development environment. The software includes test software interface design and the work flow of each module for the software of the testing system. Finally, the thesis describes the debugging, calibration of the system and the problems encountering as well as its solutions during the process of the developing.The system has been used in the rudder and fire control circuit line of the product. Through the actual test batch products, both automation degree and reliability of the system meet the development requirements.
