In the development and the productionprocess, the fuse test equipment is a powerful tool to monitor their performanceand plays an extremely important role. As a complex control system, modernfuze contains much cutting-edge technology, such as target detection andrecognition, target position and distance measurement, fast real- time signalprocessing, security systems, interference and interference, and remotedetonation. It proposed a higher requirements for its'test equipment.At the sametime, it determined the importance of the test equipment in their developmentand production. Therefore, the development of the fuze to conduct acomprehensive and reliable test equipment is essential.This article proposed development programs of the automated test systemafter deep analysis on the fuze test needs, then introduced the hardware designand software design of the system in detail. The fuse automated test systemconsists of computers, automation and control units, passive conduction tester,target simulator, RS422/GPIB/LVDS board, standard instruments andcommunication cables and other components.Under the control of their computer,the system controls the equipment together to complete the work environmentsimulation, performance testing , test data receiving and processing of the fusethrough the PCI / RS422/RS232/GPIB mixed bus. In the fuse automated testsystems, automation and control platform based on DSP and FPGA for thecontroller is the main device, it completes the fuse settings of the work statusand the test of technical specifications by controlling the RS422 communicationunit, RS485 communication unit, analog signal acquisition unit, the relay arrayunit, instruction generation, and video signal unit and other units.The softwaredesign of the fuse automatic test was completed according to databasetechnologies, virtual instrumentation technology and multi-threading technology,based on LabWindows / CVI development environment. Finally, the debugging methods and processes of the automatic test system and rigorous error analysison the results was detailed introduced, ensuring the test result's credibility.The design and dubugging of the automated test system has been completedand the commissioning work has been issued to one Aerospace Institute. Theaccurate test results show the system with stable and comprehensive performance,meeting the design requirements and achieving the desired purpose. |
