This thesis conducted a deep study focus on the techniques and methods of structural optimized design and have explored a set of robust synthesis optimization design program for engineering applications. Applying this program to the mechanism of deploying and retracting rotation of the truck of traffic cones, we got a content effect.The main contents of the study include:(1) Establish the parameterized platform of secondary development of finite element of ball screw. Consolidate the application of Python language in the Abaqus. Provide a solid foundation of the following Isight optimized integration.(2) Based on the situation of comparative distribution of sampling points of several typical design of experiment methods, identify a method of optimal latin hypercube design method based on ESE algorithm and φp standard. Improve the ability to explore the initial design space.(3) According to the inadequacies of the traditional surrogate model construction, propose a surrogate model of elliptical basis function neural network based on the sequential sampling technology. Improve the efficiency and accuracy of surrogate model building and save a lot of computing time of the following optimized design and robust design.(4) Applying the secondary development function of Isight, improve the traditional pattern search algorithm. At the same time, in order to find the real optimal solution of overall situation, this thesis put forward a portfolio strategy based on the archive-based micro genetic algorithm and improved pattern search algorithm.(5) Realize the finite element analysis the initial mechanism of deploying and retracting rotation of the truck of traffic cones and improve the structure according to the result of the study. In the same way, improved the situation of insufficient of rigidity strength. Built the improved optimized integrated platform of the mechanism of deploying and retracting rotation in the Isight environment. Apply the robust synthesis optimization design program of six sigma structure which is proposed in the thesis to the construction of the platform. Not only got a good result of optimization but also got a stable structural performance when exist uncertainty hysteresis in the design variable.The method and the study in the thesis can be efficiently applied in each kind of the typical mechanical structure. With its theoretical significance and practical engineering value, it can dramatically improve the working efficiency of the designers.
