Urban rail transit has many features, such as large capacity, punctuality, comfort and environmentally friendly, which make it to be an important part of public transportation system. With the continuous expansion of its scale, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing and other cities have gradually shift from single-line operation mode to the network operation mode. Network operation has provided more convenient services to passengers’ travel, while it also makes the urban rail transit operations management become more complex, especially when the urban rail transit line occurs malfunction. So, how to release the information timely, how to guide passengers to the station, and how to arrange the capacity reasonably in order to transport the passengers and other issues are crucial.First of all, with the analysis of the case of rail line interruption network features, rail transit network model is built and valid path with the restrictions of failure points, maximum transfer times and so on are redefined. The method of valid path searching is put forward based on the depth-first search algorithm. Secondly, by building up the Nest Logit model, passenger distribution is rearranged in order to meet the identified demand of each traveler to share valid path. And then, time table is rescheduled to meet the passengers’ demand and improve the quality of urban rail transit services with the limit of traffic flow and load factors.
