Due to the large volume,high speed and high punctuality rate of urban rail transit,it usually plays a key role in urban public transportation.The arrival distribution of railway arrivals is relatively concentrated,showing a certain degree of impulse,and the train operation map of high-speed rail is formulated in advance,so the passenger flow of high-speed rail hub stations can be predicted in the short term.This paper firstly describes the basic concept of interchange between railway hubs and urban rail transit,including the functions,classification and transfer principles of railway passenger transport hubs,and describes the goals and principles of the transfer system,as well as the composition of the transfer system and transfer facilities.This paper analyzes the arrival passenger flow of high-speed rail and the passenger flow of transferring to subway,and studies the sharing rate of railway transferring to subway.Secondly,the transfer mechanism of passengers transferring from railway to subway is studied,the travel speed and travel time of passengers in free state are analyzed,and the travel time of passengers is corrected in combination with the transfer service facilities of highspeed rail hub stations.Dynamic passenger flow distribution by subway system.Then a flexible departure interval scheduling model is established,the rigid departure interval is determined by the passenger flow along the subway line,and the flexible offset value is determined by the passenger flow distribution of the railway terminal.The objective function adopted by the optimization model is the shortest waiting time for passengers,and the constraints include safe departure interval,interval running time,parking time and crosssection passenger flow.The optimization model is solved by particle swarm optimization.Finally,taking the comprehensive passenger transportation hub of Dalian North Station and Dalian Metro Line 1 as examples,it is concluded that the average passenger delay of the flexible departure interval is reduced by 23.5% compared with the delay of the rigid departure interval,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the model..Sensitivity analysis was carried out on the obtained results,and the sensitivity of the change of departure time of different trains to the waiting time of passengers was obtained.
