Abstract/Summary:
The large-scale development of urban rail transit system increases the operation risk.Once operation interruption occurs,the connectivity of the road network will be damaged,and the normal travel of passengers will be affected.A large number of passengers will be stuck in the rail transit system,bringing risks to the operation of rail transit.Therefore,the stranded passengers must be evacuated as soon as possible after the interruption occurs to ensure that the affected passengers can complete the journey safely and timely.When the adjustment of train operation plan cannot meet the demand of passenger flow,feeder-buses are needed to shuttle passengers.In order to relieve the pressure of passenger flow and minimize the running time and passenger delay,this paper proposes a flexible bus connection scheme to meet the shuttle demand of passenger flow under the operation interruption and reduce the economic losses caused by the interruption of operation.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Emergency measures under the interruption of rail transit serviceFirstly,the train operation adjustment strategy under the condition of rail transit interruption is introduced,and the conditions for starting the emergency bus connection are stipulated.When the self-adjustment of train operation cannot meet the demand of passenger flow,the bus connection is started.Based on the self-adjusting rules of train operation and the specific conditions of interrupted lines,the setting rules of bus connection stations are discussed according to different situations,the connection interval is determined,and the stopping modes of four kinds of buses in the shuttle process are introduced,which lays the foundation for formulating emergency bus connection schemes.(2)Analysis of affected passengers and determination of passenger flow connection demandBased on the analysis of train operation adjustment under interruption conditions,the division rules of affected line sections under different interruption scenarios are determined in combination with the location of interruption stations and network structure.Based on the division of affected sections and the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of passenger flow under different interruption scenarios,the affected passenger flow is divided into affected train passenger flow and affected platform passenger flow.By analyzing the characteristics of passenger flow in different sections and combining with the data of Automatic Fare Collection System(AFC),the OD allocation ratio between stations in the interruption section is determined,so as to determine the passenger flow connection demand.(3)Generation of bus connection schemeFor the scene of rail transit interruption,this paper establishes a two-stage model,which divides buses into two types: direct connection mode and stop-stop conventional connection mode.The bus connection scheme is solved from the two stages of assignment and scheduling of connecting buses.In the first stage,the connection type,initial station,turnover station,service station of each dispatched bus and The Times of running between turnover station and service station are determined.According to the characteristics of decision variables and the model,genetic algorithm with matrix coding is designed to solve the model.In the second stage determine the sequence of bus shuttle between interrupt site,at the same time by taking a regular shuttle bus passengers boarding conduct deduction,this article puts forward the method for calculating the number of passengers get off at each site and the calculation method of conventional pattern of shuttle bus passengers total delay,according to the characteristics of the model using the branch cut algorithm to solve.The connection scheme for each bus to determine the opening line,the number and sequence of running on each line,the connection mode is more flexible,make full use of the transport capacity of the bus,more efficient to realize the evacuation of stranded passengers.(4)Example verificationTaking Guangzhou rail transit as the case background,the affected area is divided based on the characteristics of interrupted lines,the location of interrupted stations in the line and the connection with other lines,and the construction of interrupted scenarios is completed.Based on the constructed interruption scenario,the passenger flow connection demand affected by the interruption is analyzed and determined.Based on the constructed two-stage model,the connection scheme under this interruption scenario was formulated,and the optimization effect of the model was verified.Compared with the single conventional connection mode,the scheme proposed in this paper optimized the bus connection duration by 45% and the average delay of passengers by 40.8%.Compared with the bus access scheme with fixed access routes,the proposed scheme optimizes the maximum bus access duration by 24.5% and the average passenger delay by 11.4%,which verifies the validity of the proposed model.
