In China, coal has been playing a prominent role in the structure of energy. Meanwhile, fatal accidents in the process of coal production are the most serious in the industrial and mining enterprises. With the rapid development of China’s economy, science and technology, the investment in both platforms of mine information and safety equipment has been increasing. Additionally, safety awareness has been well-recognized, and policy of security has been made constantly. Accordingly, the number of both fatal accidents and death has been decreasing yearly. However, the rate of fatal accidents and the number of casualties remain high compared with other countries. Among China’s fatal accidents in coal mine, accidents resulting from human factors account for97.67%. Therefore, investigations into human factors which leads to coal mine accidents not only can help to reduce the rate of coal mine accidents, but also contribute to improvement of the efficiency of coal mine production.Firstly, with100cases of gas accident occurred nearly a decade as a sample, the use of human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) the causes of the accident produced gas was analyzed based on HFACS human factors analysis using chi-square test and odds ratio Secondly, HFACS model reflects deficiencies in policy, technology, and personnel aspects of dishonesty, constructed of suitable coal mine safety accident analysis human incredibility factors analysis and classification system model; study of coal mine safety accidents due to human interaction analysis of the relationship between. Further, the design of the closed-loop analysis of incidents due to gas safety and effectiveness of the analytical methods tested by experiment, and then use to build human incredibility factors analysis and classification system model accident statistical sample analysis, the cause of the accident the person who promises factors; Finally, based on gas safety incidents human incredibility analysis results, propose the mine countermeasures and suggestions to prevent accidents.
