Safety Management Of Manufacturing Enterprises Suppliers

In recent years, China’s production safety accidents are so frequency, the vast majorityof accidents have inseparable connection with suppliers. At present, most of the productionand business operation entities are hiring type, namely units will hire suppliers to engage inproduction activities, the supplier’s role in the enterprise safety management is alsoincreasing. In this paper, through literature search, data collection, such as reading, firstclose the literature at home and abroad, on the basis of previous studies, found that thetrend of further safety management in our country and the differences between thedomestic companies and the foreign companies.Different with the suppliers in Foreign, China did not reach the theory level research,there are the following questions: first, the production and business operation entitiessafety consciousness, responsibility consciousness is weak; Second, the lack ofcommunication with suppliers, safety disclosure is not strict, and the safety responsibilityis not clear; Finally, the security vendor performance evaluation is not strict, safetysupervision does not reach the designated position, more serious is that the management ofthe subcontractor completely ignored. Based on the above problems, this paper, from theperspective of the national government supervision level, the analysis of the safety relatedlaws and regulations and the current suppliers at home and abroad from two aspects ofcontent and the rules and regulations system supplier safety related laws and regulations inour country are analyzed and the gap between the advanced countries in the world, then themethod to study business management, through the analysis of the advanced countries indifferent industries supplier safety management method, has been clear about the supplierof the basic elements of safety management of enterprises and the basic flow. In addition,based on a company’s job security supplier management method as a case, in essence, todevelop our country enterprise security management scheme in the design should beadopted in several aspects: first, the supplier classification management; Second, suppliersof safety management organizational structure should be decentralized and centralized;Finally, the enterprise should be established suppliers should comply with theimplementation process of safety management of post responsibility system. Finally, combining with the characteristics of the concrete enterprise securitymanagement, compared with the foreign advanced experience in supplier of safetymanagement, the combination, design a scientific and reasonable and suitable for ourcountry enterprise supplier of security management solutions, make our country enterprisesuppliers more comprehensive and efficient safety management system. In order to preventthe supplier’s production safety accidents, and reduce the happening of the accident,improve the level of the owner unit safety management scientific guidance.
