Study On Safety Awareness Of Manufacturing Enterprises

ABSTRACT:In the production of manufacturing activities, production activities of people as a social subject, a lot of accidents in production and manufacturing companies have the staff not escape. In today's production activities, professional knowledge and skills of production have been greatly improved, but the production is the frequent occurrence of accidents, of which surely there is another reason. This paper tried to study the problem of the production safety awareness. The human consciousness is a response to objective reality, not to evaluate and measure, and therefore on the basis of previous studies, this article will be security conscious manufacturing enterprises for the production of research into the safety of staff knowledge and attitude Evaluation, analysis of production personnel security awareness factors in order to be able to manufacture safety and production activities to provide guidance to reduce the incidence of accidents.In this paper, safety awareness on the production of manufacturing enterprises is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, the main topics introduced in this background and significance, and the content and purpose of the research papers; the second part is the literature review, focuses on safety awareness of the situation at home and abroad to explain the safety awareness of the concept and its related indicators, the nature of security awareness, structure and influencing factors, safety awareness and the relationship between safety attitudes, safety awareness and accident relations; third part describes the research method, including security awareness measurement methods to study the design, questionnaire design, and quality control; fourth part of the investigation and the safety awareness of statistics and analysis of survey results, the third and fourth part of the core part of this thesis, the fifth part of the paper summarizes the main investigation to be summary; sixth part is the study of vision, mainly manufacturing companies made proposals to improve safety awareness and research of this inadequacy.Based on the production of Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group, the safety awareness of staff of research studies found that the safety awareness of manufacturing enterprises and enterprise system construction, education and training of employees by enterprises, and enterprise security management has a close relationship. Manufacturing enterprises in order to improve production safety awareness of staff, improve safety, we must constantly improve the system, and strengthening the safety management of the production equipment to do regular check-ups while maintaining a good smooth information transmission channels Production personnel and management staff, and timely communication between production staff to create a harmonious and friendly working environment, while strengthening the skills of production staff training and safety education, they can be skilled production work, and safety can the importance of having a deeper understanding, so that they form a good safety attitude.
