Abstract/Summary:
With the progress of manufacturing industry,safety production has attracted more attention.In recent years,state leaders have also made important instructions on production safety for many times,which has laid the general tone of production safety management from the national level.However,some enterprises to a certain extent ignore the work of production safety management,making the frequent occurrence of production safety accidents,but also because these accidents make enterprises suffer huge losses,the safety of employees is threatened.This also makes us have to focus on safety production management work.As a precision manufacturing company,S Precision Industry Company requires higher precision parts,higher size and higher operating environment,so it has higher requirements for safety production management.Compared with other international manufacturing enterprises,the company still has a certain gap in production safety management,and there are some corresponding production safety management problems,which more or less affect the development of the company and hinder the company to stride forward to the international enterprise.This paper takes S Precision Industry Company as the research object,and makes a reasonable analysis of the safety production management of the company by combining theory with practice.According to the actual production safety management status of S Precision Industry Company and the author’s own practical experience in production safety management,Pointed out the enterprise existing in ideological understanding slack to production safety,old mechanical equipment damage,production safety publicity is not thorough,insufficient basic safety production management system,personnel training enough safety production management related issues,with some theoretical knowledge combined with the enterprise practice,analyze the causes of the specific problems,According to the analysis of the reasons,five aspects of safety production management improvement plan,that is,ideological understanding,production process,management mode,event treatment,organization plan.Implementation plan is put forward,and the improvements in safety production management level,safety accident probability and economic increase,the company safety production environment and so on four aspects were evaluated,put forward the institutional guarantee,funding,personnel,security and so on three big aspects of guarantee measures,to ensure the safety of the S precision industry company production management system improvements on success,Thus reducing the occurrence of major production safety incidents,thus promoting the continuous improvement of the company’s production safety level.
