Employees Unsafe Behavior Research And Preventive Measures

China is now in a period of rapid economic development, but with the newtechnology, new product development and continuous utilization, potential riskfactors for increased safety, development has become the social focus of commonconcern. From at present our country enterprise accident statistical situation, inaddition to environment and equipment induced factors, unsafe human behavior isone of the main causes of the accident, to overcome man-made accidents, we muststrengthen the production staff unsafe behavior management, avoid accidents.Therefore, the employees of enterprises in the process of unsafe behavior research toprevent and reduce accidents, maintenance personnel of the people ’s life safety hasimportant sense. In this paper, through case analysis, put forward the followingsuggestions: strengthen the unsafe behavior of human management and control,strengthen employees safety education and training, improve the safety measures, andimprove the work environment, try to eliminate the existing potential safety hazard, inthe use of machine work place as far as possible the operation of the machine, tostrengthening the operation safety reliability.
