Knowledge-based employees are those who have rich professional knowledge,management experience and practical skills,and master the core technology and technology of the enterprise.They often play an independent role in the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the effective incentive of knowledge-based employees has become a key issue for enterprises to seek long-term development.Company A is A mixed ownership refining and chemical enterprise(hereinafter referred to as "company A").In the early stage of mixed reform,the incentive for knowledge-based employees failed to proceed from the perspective of enterprise strategy and the actual needs of knowledge-based employees,resulting in poor incentive effect for knowledge-based employees and A large number of brain drain.Based on this,in this paper,the theory of incentive method to knowledge employee,research achievements,the development trend of A more comprehensive review,it is concluded that the main features of the knowledge-type employees,and adopts questionnaire survey,symposium,individual interview,field feeling about the present situation of inspiring intellectual employee of A company carried out in-depth research,and summarized summed up the main crux of incentive method to knowledge employee,A company analyzed the main reasons for the problems.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting salary form,paying attention to growth incentive,strengthening long-term incentive and improving incentive guarantee measures.So as to stimulate the enthusiasm of knowledge-based employees,improve work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,reduce the turnover rate of knowledge-based employees,enhance the cohesion,centripetal force and core competitiveness of the company,and promote the healthy and stable development of the enterprise.
