The continuous pressure that employees endure causes them to have a strong psychological burden.If they cannot release the pressure in time in work and life,the employees themselves will have serious psychological problems,which makes employees satisfied with their work and life.Satisfaction continues to decline,which has greatly affected the operation and management level of the entire enterprise.According to the literature review,we can know that Employee Assistance Programs can effectively solve the psychological problems of employees,improve the operation and management level of the organization,and reduce the risks in operation and management.Therefore,using the EAP theory to study the psychological needs of the employees at the oil transportation department can resolve the problem into the formulation,implementation and analysis of the employee assistance plan,and comprehensively solve the development problems of the CNPC employees in the company.Based on the research and discussion of domestic and foreign scholars,this article analyzes the relevant theories of the employee assistance plan,and explores the application of the employee assistance plan in a certain oil transmission station of Sinopec.Based on the status quo of the employee assistance plan of a Sinopec oil transportation department,this paper conducted a field survey on the employees,and analyzed the status quo of the employees’ work and the EAP needs through questionnaire survey and interview methods.Through research,we can know that younger employees have higher and higher demand for employee assistance programs.The current employee assistance programs cannot meet the needs of employees.After analysis,specific countermeasures for employee assistance programs at a Sinopec oil transmission station are put forward.And evaluated the effect of implementation and put forward corresponding suggestions.This article explores the countermeasures to alleviate the psychological stress of employees at a Sinopec oil transmission station,so as to help a Sinopec oil transmission station improve the current situation of employees,meet the psychological needs of employees,and improve work quality and efficiency.In the implementation of the employee assistance plan of a certain oil transportation department of Sinopec,it needs to be carried out from four aspects: meeting the needs of health and leisure,meeting the needs of work,occupation,family marriage,and giving up hobbies and emotions.Using the method of validity test,four dimensions of validity were determined to determine the impact of employees’ EAP needs into health,leisure and entertainment,work and occupation,family and marriage,abstinence hobbies and emotions,and demographic variables were used as the classification of the difference test.Variables are tested on the degree of demand impact,work adaptability,and work identity.Under the premise of effectively focusing on the implementation of the PDCA program,the gray correlation test is used to obtain four validity levels about the impact of EAP demand.The importance ranking of the impact degree of the survey sub-projects makes the implementation plan under PDCA more complete and detailed.The countermeasures obtained are as follows: In terms of health,leisure and entertainment,corresponding activities should be carried out in order to meet the requirements of employee health care,sports,leisure and entertainment,mental health care,and stress management;in terms of work and occupation,a certain oil delivery department of Sinopec needs to be clear Career planning for employees,ensuring qualified jobs,creating a good hardware environment for employees,and maintaining good interpersonal relationships for employees;in terms of family marriage,a certain oil pipeline of Sinopec needs to pay attention to employees’ retirement planning,family marriage,and interpersonal relationships.,And at the same time provide corresponding support to employees in terms of buying a house,buying a car,law and finance,children’s education,life skills,etc.;in terms of abstinence from hobbies and emotional projects,a certain oil delivery department of Sinopec needs to pay attention to employees’ bad emotions and bad habits,and focus on Employees provide corresponding mental health consulting activities to cultivate healthy personality of employees.
