Analysis Of Capacity Building Oilfield Drilling Costs

This article which selected the drilling cost in the oilfield productivity construction as the research object begins with a brief overview of oilfield productivity construction process as well as the cost of drilling engineering theory. And then it analyzes that the drilling cost estimation model in the oilfield productivity construction varies with the different study periods. At last it concludes that the drilling project budget applies to the cost of drilling engineering process model and that is applicable to the drilling comprehensive cost model during the input-output relations research. Through a detailed analysis of the drilling engineering process,drilling process cost model is established.After the structural analysis of the cost of the model,the conclusion that drilling materials expenses account for a large proportion of the cost of the drilling has been drawn.Through the index analysis of drilling materials expenses,recommendations on the control of the drilling costs are given.Finally,the relational model is established which reflects the relationship between the drilling comprehensive cost and its influencing factors which contains depth, the unit cost of footage, daily output per well, drilling success rate, injection wells ratio, designed annual production capacity, the annual number of production days.Taking the well-type which has a big influence on the drilling cost into account,through the study of the level of correlation between the cost of drilling that has different well-types, the correlation model of drilling is established which is about vertical wells, directional drilling and horizontal wells.Based on the analysis of the cost of the drilling in the oilfield productivity construction,three models have been established. They are drilling process cost model,drilling comprehensive model and the level of correlation model of drilling.And each model has been made a quantitative analysis.This dynamic analysis and evaluation which is mainly to quantitative analysis and supplemented by qualitative analysis provides a strong basis for scientific decision-making of oil field development.And it makes a great significance to production adjustment,cost reduction and improving efficiency.
