Also.it is same to chemical pollution control.In addition to the introduction and conclusion.this paper is divided into four chapters.In the introduction,research discuss through the review.topic meaning,research purpose,research method,four parts to summarize this paper.The first part,the overview partintroduced the Chemicals and Chemical Pollution, in which the author firstly defined the studied objection with the comparative method.then analyzed the hazardous nature and reasons of chemical pollution, and forwarded the research based on the above.The second part,the study of comparative partintroduced in detail the EU REACH regulation which passed in2006,and give some revelation through the study of its relevant contents.The third part summarize the present status and the issue of the legislation, the law enforcemen,the justice of Chemical pollution control. Finally,the four part,the author give some countermeasures of the legislation, the law enforcement and the justice of Chemical pollution control.
