A lot of reasons caused the current status of air pollution, and one of the most important reasons is lacking the construction of legal system. Shaanxi province air pollution prevention and control could not meet the needs of practical work: one is current the air pollution prevention and control regulations lacking of pertinence. After the introduction of "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law in the People Republic of China ", our province has not yet developed the corresponding rules for local implementation, existing congenital deficient in terms of air pollution control legal system construction.
