On The Status Of Implementation Of The Ecological Environment In The Development Process Of Mining-related Policies

This dissertation takes the implementation of eco-environmental policies in the process of mining production as the main object of study, by collecting and organizing the implementation of laws, regulations and documents relating to the ecological environment in xin baerhu town which based on the investigation of Bell town Monengtala village, the dissertation interprets the herdmen’s understanding of eco-environmental policies in the process of industrialization and the specific implementation process of policy. Finally, the thesis concludes that there is little difference between policy itself and its practical implementation process.This dissertation consists of four parts:introduction, body, conclusion, appendix. The introduction part, mainly introduces the research purpose, the reason of subject choosing, the significance of the research, the research methods and the relative studies. In chapter one, according to the three levels of country, autonomous regions, and the union cities, the author organizes some of the ecological environment policies. In chapter two, the author narrates the industrialization development of Xinbaerhu youqi by three stages. The third chapter analyzes how the policy is put into effect in most basic level, as well as the policy of the land expropriation compensation and other one. The conclusion part summarizes the whole dissertation and put forwards the author’s own point of view.
