The Research Of Policy Innovation In The Comprehensive Reform Of Pu Dong District

The thesis is based on the new theory of public administration and public policy, with Pu Dong’s economic and social development, we put up with the thought of policy structure innovation,policy mechanism and function innovation for the research of policy innovation in the comprehensive reform of Pu dong District , especially the key operation scheme.Introduction is the first part, this part proposes the research object of this article ,elaborates the elementary theory frame, the research tracks and its approaches, summarizes present situation regarding this issue at home and abroad.The second part carries on the limits to the related policy innovation concept ,policy innovation thought and policy paradism. The third part involves the system of policy innovation based on the level of base, essence and action.The fourth part puts up with the paradism of policy innovation and structure model . The concluding part briefly summarizes the viewpoints of measures.The appendix part compares Pu Dong District development model with Nanke of Taiwai in China.
