Village Official College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Mechanism Research

College student village official policy is a new policy which was published at the end of the last century, the new group’s existing has a specific era background and conforms to the pattern of development. It has its own embryonic exploration to the development of universal access to various periods, the graduates are highly educated, their concepts update faster, the ability access to information is strong, also vigorous and vibrant, those graduates can bring new vitality and hope for the construction of new socialist countryside. Since the implementation of the project, it receives instantaneous responses from all sectors of society, and almost the same time, college students have became a new leading group in the construction of socialist rural areas, they not only fulfill the shortage of talent in the new rural construction, but also enhance the quality of rural grassroots cadres as well as the governing capacity.This thesis puts the college students’ village officials into the construction of ideological and political education mechanism, and it is divided into five chapters so as to demonstrate existing problems in the ideological and political education of the college students’ village officials. In the first chapter, it mainly elaborates the research background and the significance of this study, and also proposes the research way and method. The second chapter mainly studies the theoretical basis of ideological and political education of the mechanism of college students village officials, and has made a detailed discussion about the germinal evolution of college students’ village officials, and deeply discriminates the similarities and differences between the ideological and political education mechanism and system of ideological and political education, ideological and political education system, the law of ideological and political education, ideological and political education method, then further clarifies the significance of the ideological education of college student village officials. The third chapter is data on the spot investigation in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture, Hunan. The investigation adopted questionnaire forms to try to find out the countryside basic office condition of college students’ village officials, at the same time discusses village official college students’ ideological and political literacy. The fourth chapter analyzes the political and ideological quality of village official college students, and puts forward corrective measures to improve college students’ village official ideological and political quality, and promotes the innovation of ideological and political education mechanism. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.According to the analysis of the whole research situation, the village official policy has implemented for more than10years, the thought of the mainstream of village officials is positive, but in the process of the implementation of the policy, more and more college students step into the village official groups, the thought condition of the group becomes more and more miscellaneous, even appears bias and walk into the erroneous zone. For example, regard the village official as the springboard, overestimate their own value, lack of social adaptation ability, have no sense of responsibility and ultra weak psychological regulation ability, confuse about professional direction, etc. Most of these problems are needed to be resolved through the way of education. It is imperative to insist correctly guide on the university student village officer in accord with the development direction of the Party and government.
