On the other hand, college-graduate village official plan is significant to ease college students’ employment situation, use talent resource reasonably and train the government cadres. Although the need of high school graduates has expanded, but the employment situation is still severe. This measure is an effective way to promote the flow urban and rural talents, integrate human resources and train talent team. College students would help to improve the vitality of the village organization. With the help of the college students,we can improve the farmers’ quality, promote the construction of new socialist countryside, also provides the cadre for the party. We have achieved a lot at present.However, there are also many problems.the processin the understanding is different from all walks of life.The implement of college-graduate village official plan is significant for the countryside, the problems of agriculture and the whole society. Study of college students as village officials thought and management problems, the future talent system to also have certain direct reference value.
