Research On The Management Of The College Student Village Officials

Since 2008,the central government has promulgated the opinions on the selection and employment of college graduates to serve in villages(trial),and the work of college students as village officials has been explored by local governments and entered the national development period.In response to the national policy call,ganyu district of lianyungang city has been recruiting college student village officials every year since 2007.However,due to the relatively short time of college student village official policy and the imperfect system and management mechanism,the management of college student village officials still needs to be explored.As of December 2018,there are 103 college student village officials in ganyu district,lianyungang city,jiangsu province,which is the region with the largest number of college student village officials among the three counties and three districts in lianyungang city.Starting from the research background,purpose,significance,research basis,domestic and foreign research trends and analysis,this paper finds that the current research on the village official management of college students is largely based on theoretical analysis,rarely based on specific regional case studies,and has certain limitations in practical application.Taking the management of college student village officials in ganyu district as an example,this paper conducted a field survey by querying relevant standing book materials,and conducted interviews with college student village officials and college student village official management staff to obtain first-hand information on college student village official management,so as to study the current management of college student village officials.From the current GanYu area university student village official management present situation,the management subject,management system,management aspects were analyzed,and the results found that university student village official management system design is not perfect,at the grass-roots level of government management mechanism as well as the university student village official centerless rooted in rural influence government management work smoothly,it is difficult to obtain actual effect.Through from college student village official system,grass-roots government management as well as the university student village official multi-angle analysis,find the reasons of the problems,combined with GanYu area the actual situation of university student village officials and government management,improve the system of college student village official design,strengthening grass-roots government management and establishing correct greatly help college students village officials,optimization Suggestions.It is hoped that these Suggestions can improve the management of college student village officials in ganyu district,promote the comprehensive development of college student village officials,and provide reference Suggestions for other regions...
