Study On The Local Custom Civilization Of Socialism New Countryside Construction

Our country is a vast, multi-ethnic country, which farmers accounted for a very large proportion, farmers, rural areas, agricultural development, countries can really strong. Socialist new countryside is not only to develop rural economy, increasing farmers’ income, and comprehensively improve the quality of life in the countryside, to make material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and ecological civilization unified. The concept of local custom civilization is to meet the above requirements, local custom civilization is a general concept, not a single refers to the rural culture, and it reflects every aspect of life in the countryside. And it is the difference between China’s rural development and western developed countries. From Chinese national conditions, local custom civilization should be under the guidance of the socialist core value system. The culture of the countryside, morality, sentiment, customs and habits are through the construction and retrofit, form healthy mental outlook and social ethos.Local custom civilization has a very important role for the construction of new socialist countryside, local custom civilization provides spiritual motive and intellectual support for the development of the new countryside, and the local custom civilization is the backbone of the new farmers. At the same time, the new rural construction, government guidance, the traditional culture of countryside, farmer’s desire provides possibility for the local custom civilization construction. But rural state is not ideal at present, there are many problems. Traditional rural moral anomie, the spread of the unhealthy practices, feudal ideas, religion and the rural cultural level has more or less to be desired. Due to collisions of civilization in a modern society, ideological pluralism and grass-roots government do not value to the local custom civilization. Cultural facilities construction, education and legal system is not perfect, causing the above problem. This article’s innovation point is analysis of the local custom form the civilization, and not only limited in the cultural development.Because of facing the problems existing in the local custom civilization, first we put forward the principle of local custom civilization construction, to adhere to the people-centered, scientific development, follow the guidance of the government, exert the power of the whole society, and adhere to the interaction between urban and rural areas. This article has four aspects to solve the question raised:the socialist core value system, cultural system, education, legal system construction, in order to achieve real local custom civilization, promote the development of a new socialist countryside.
