Research Of Government Micro-blog’s Development Under The Horizon Of Public Sphere

For a long time.the media played an important part of the public sphere. In recent years, government micro-blog as a new media was born. It is entering pelple’s field of vision gradually, and gainning the widespread concern of society. It is not noly influents the current political system, but also changes the society, then the characteristics of ideal public sphere in Habermas’is turnning out.This thesis mainly takes Habermas’theory of public sphere as basis point and uses thesis studies and case sutdies as basis method. This thesis analysis the characteristics of government micro-blog firstly, such as equality and diversity in the subject, consultance and affinity in the content, openness and democracy in the condition, public and criticism in the public opinion, intermediary and permeability in the efficacy.Secondly, this thesis discusses government micro-blog’s gap as public sphere by studying casies, then finds the gaps such as at the public, the public space and the public opinion.Lastly, according to discussing government micro-blog’s gap as public sphere,we can provide suggestions to development of government micro-blog. first, our government should change concept and upgrade government micro-blog’s office platform; second, our government micro-blog should improve the information interaction mechanisms and broaden public information space; third, we should improve media literacy and cultivate civic awareness.
