On The New Form Of Imperialism And Its Real Terms

The concept of Imperialism is a phenomenon which is gradually generated in the changeable history of modern capitalism and then developed deepen to historical longitudinal. Domestic and foreign scholars mostly believed that the concept of imperialism has been brought out in late19th century of a period of colonial countries. Of course, in the worldwide, especially in Europe, the concepts and articles about "Imperialism" are constantly emerging with its extensive influence on human history development. They represent and reflect the interests of different class and wishes of political power. Whereby, the work "Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism" is the most incisive article in the analysis of imperialism. However, until now, there are also many scholars believe that Lenin’s view imperialism is out of date, or too early or exaggerated. Imperialism is juts from the earliest private monopolies to Lenin’s state monopoly period, and now is in the stage of the international monopoly capitalism. Because of the socialist revolution and the national revolution movement, the era of the old-imperialism has come to an end, but this doesn’t mean that the extinction of Imperialism. With the collapse of the world colonial system, the survival space of the old Imperialism has no longer exists, but the most profound basis of monopoly still exists and even continually develops. Thus, Imperialism won’t quit the history. They will fine any excuses and make many public opinions to return. In that case, a new kind of Imperialism has come out which is called the era of The Neo-Imperialism.However, the related statements on The Neo-Imperialism haven’t formed an intact theoretical system. We’ve got so many viewpoints, but the influence on the development process of human history has continued to deepen. Based on the background of The Neo-Imperialism, this paper explored and analyzed the origins and connotation of The Neo-Imperialism with historical analysis、literature analysis and system analysis, including the two kinds of The Neo-Imperialism theory, as well as the various ideas under these theories. And then, on the basis of these views, this paper summaries and analysis the presentation of The Neo-Imperialism in the field of political、economy、military and cultural. Finally, the author uses the David Harvey about territorial capital logic and dialectical logic to reveal the essence of The Neo-Imperialism which is to accumulation by dispossession from the people and the ultimate goal is to restructure the whole world. The last conclusion is that the essence between The Neo-Imperialism and The old-Imperialism is the same. This also providecertain theoretical basis on China’s socialist construction and foreign exchanges.
