Seventhly, the way and mean of transportingstolen goods is modern and targeted. Eighthly, the perpetrator is mainly exotic fleeingpeople. Ninthly, after the high-speed railway’s open to traffic, the quantity of committhe crime is sharply reduced, but the severity of the crime increased. Through theanalysis of the crime reasons, the reason caused the high-speed railway criminal turn tobe the perpetrator’s personal reason and external reason. The perpetrator’s personalreason include: first, the perpetrator motivated by get-rich-quick. Second, theperpetrator’s cultural quality is low, and they have no legitimate career, and also lack ofstable economic source. Thirdly, the law awareness of the perpetrator is very weak.
