Fang Yizhi is one of the famous thinker in Ming dynasty. And after he was involved in Ming dynasty philosophy to explore the infiltration of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Have short of systemic research in recent years the idea of. Two important works, Tung-spring of his Yao-ti pao zhuang, as the main object, and some other related works as a reference, the paper tries to explain the formation process, framework and methodology hermeneutics practice thought of the three doctrines, so as to properly evaluate his academic achievements and theory of limit.The introduction part first explains the cultural background of the late Ming dynasty and trend of the combination of the three teaching, and then review research status of fang’s thought. The first chapter discusses the side impact transition thought in his later years of life. Based on some new material, the paper suggests that fang died from disease. Tung-hsi spring as the main object, the second chapter to master the core idea of "universal reason and objection" to demonstrate the methodology of model three doctrines of penetration. The ultimate goal is to create a all-collect thought system. The third chapter focuses on Yao-ti pao zhuang, its thought deeply Tao-sheng, so we first analysis Tao-sheng tuo gu theory, then expounds the pao, Chuang hermeneutics characteristics:interpreting Zhuang Zi and Confucianism and Buddhism. Finally, the paper is pointed out that the main idea is to put the of Yao-ti pao Chuang and Confucian. The fourth chapter discusses the three teachings and fang’s point of view of their point of view. Use ontology and spiritual dual analysis model, the paper suggests that insist on "you".in terms of ontology, Confucianism, so different from the Buddhism and Taoism.
