The culture creative industry is an industry that relies on creator’s knowledge, skill and talent, processes and optimizes culture resources with the help of high technology, develops and exploits intellectual property to produce high value-added products, creates wealth and provides job opportunities. More importantly, it propels national economy toward a sustainable and rapid development, which makes various nations attach great importance to this industry. Since the end of last century, several developed countries started implementing national culture development strategy, defining the culture creative industry as a valued industry for carrying out creation strategy and augmenting national soft power. In2009, China officially announced developing culture creative industry as one of the important strategies to adjust economic structure, change economic growth pattern, and develop the green industry. Henceforward, the government has established many policies that have given great support to culture creative industry, making it develop fast. More and more companies have entered this market, and the culture creative industry has become more and more competitive.Eegoo is a company that provides diversified cultural creative services. The culture creative industry involves a great many sectors, and covers a wide scope. Facing lots of development opportunities, Eegoo keeps trying and exploring in different fields. But, after nearly three years of development, its development strategy has still been unclear. And what’s more, there are also problems with its operation and management. All of these seriously constrain the company’s development. Facing the current new situation, Eegoo needs to devise its development strategy as soon as possible to lead itself out of the dilemma.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and developmental trend of culture creative industry as well as the current situation of Eegoo the company, by means of literature review, investigation and research, vertical comparison, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.This paper uses PEST, Michael Porters’ Five Forces, EFE and IFE, SWOT Matrix analysis methods to respectively research and analyze Eegoo’s internal and external environments in detail, putting forward the company’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives. It also adopts QSPM Matrix analysis tool and the method of strategically choosing sore sheet to select Eegoo’s development strategy. Furthermore, in combination with the reality, the paper elaborates the steps, key points and guarantee measures of implementing the strategy, as well as some basic methods for controlling the implementation process.Through the analysis of the internal and external environments which Eegoo is facing and making out a set of development strategies, this paper looks forward to give an instruction for Eegoo’s development in the future, and at the same time, inspire other companies that are in the same industry on strategy management, both theoretically and practically.
