Scholars established association is a fairly common and frequent phenomenon in Ming-Qing Dynasty. One of Shandong as the northern areas of the most active scholars association, and its activities not only to enrich the content of the scholars association in Ming-Qing Dynasty, but also to promote and strengthen the local literature, cultural prosperity, drives the formation of literary genres and literary ethos of the Shandong and even the national regions. In this paper, Shandong scholars associations selected for specialized research. Through comprehensive sort of community activities to examine the scholars’living style and the ideas in the specific historical background. So as to strengthen the understanding of local scholar association phenomenon and the attention to regional literary community. At the same time, from a new perspective to reveal the development of Shandong literature, culture and its influence on the national literary.This thesis was made up of6sections, including "introduction""chapter1-4" and "conclusion".Introduction is concerned with the present situation of research on both "scholars associations in Ming-Qing Dynasty" and "Shandong scholars’association", then point out the significance and examine ideas.Chapter1:describes the basic things of the Shandong scholars associations in Ming-Qing Dynasty, including the quantity, scale, space-time distribution, etc, so as to have an overall grasp of Shandong scholars associations and lay the foundation for the following research.Chapter2:analysis the main factors influenced the Shandong scholars associations from the following three aspects:the regional political and economic, the imperial, the family culture. Chapter3:choose four representative associations of Shandong in Ming-Qing Dynasty to focus discussion, such as Haidai poetry-community, Zhangqiu drama-community, Autumn Willow community and Miyi poetry-community, thereby ensuring the important role of regional scholars association of literary development.Chapter4:analysis and evaluation of scholars association of literary and cultural significance, in the example of the activities of Society of Classical Learning Restoration, examine the impact of Shandong scholars association on the national association.Conclusion evaluates the historical position of Shandong scholars associations in Ming-Qing Dynasty and draw the conclusions of this study. At the same time combined with the research situation, deepening the research on this problem and relevant research part of the problem.
