| Wu and Yue area refers to the Yangtze river region. It is located in the south of the lower beaches of the yangze river. It is equivalent of today’s Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, southern Anhui and northern Jiangxi. During the Spring And Autumn period, there rise of the region of Wu and Yue two branches of powers. For decades, the two countries and other countries have a lot of war. Wu and Yue weapon inscriptions as recorded in the historical information at the time, its value is to be reckoned with. In recent years, along with the development of archaeology as well as the antiques market active, a lot of Wu,Yue weapons appeared. These weapons have great significance for historic and cuitural study, but these weapon materials are scattered, not as an unified arrangement.In this thesis, on the basis of previous studies. We get the weapons of Wu, Yue area together to make a preliminary sorting and research. The first chapter is the introduction.The introduction mainly introduces the research status of Wu&Yue weapon, the researchful significance and the method. Chapter II is the main body part in this article.It is the assembly information of Wu and Yue weapons, including dagger-axe (or halberd)28,99swords,11spear,1piece of Pi(鈹),2Rammer. In addition, there are a plenty of Xuan Liu dagger-axes. Some are belong to Wu or Yue, others are uncertain. For the sake of getting complete materals, in this article, we collect the36pieces of Xuan Liu together as an indepandent section. There are177pieces of weapons in total. Writing according to when and where the weapons were unearthed,when them were stored,dimension, shape, cataloguing, word count, word interpretation, note the order of the material, then attach rubbings (or photos, copies). Finally,choose the best one from the disputed interpretations. The last chapter aim to explore the history of cultural values of Wu’s and Yue’s weapon inscriptions,including name of the country, name of the king, characteristics of the inscription. |
