On The Sustainable Development Of The Farm Book House In The Field Of Vision Of The Public Cultural Service

Accelerating the establishment of a public cultural service system covering the whole society is a necessary requirement to protect the cultural rights of the citizens. Farm Book House Project is the basic project of the cultural construction of a new socialist countryside and is also an important aspect of the construction of the rural public cultural service system, co-sponsored by eight ministries such as the General Administration of Press and Publication. The target of building the Farm Book House is to cover all of China’s administrative villages. How to build this vast cultural project that benefit the villagers and enable the Farm Book House to have the capacity for sustainable development has become an issue of concern in the current building of the Farm Book House.This paper uses the Farm Book House in Fujian Province as the research object and, through field research, literature and other research methods, catches hold of the status quo of the actual construction of Fujian’s Farm Book House and the existing problems. On this basis and resorting to the integrated use of multi-disciplinary knowledge of economics, management, sociology, and publication, this paper explores the road to the continuous healthy development of the Farm Book House to make it a benchmark for the construction of the rural public cultural service system, thus setting in motion the construction of the public cultural service system of the whole society.
