Research On Network Ethics Problem From The Perspective Of Moral Luck

From 1994 the Internet access to China began, to the network popularization, and then to today’s network dependence. We know Network self organization ability is very strong, it has automatically from disorder to order and from the lower order to a higher order. In the process, network ethics become the focus of philosophy and ethics gradually. From everything can’t be avoided including morality”, moral luck is closely related to the development direction of network ethics. The spread of network immoral behavior seems to be one of the biggest drawbacks in the development. And how to solve these problems, how to face the virtual reality of the network, how to form an ordered network protocol and network etiquette is the problem that this paper wants to study.In moral existence “luck” is the topics of Western philosophers have argued for a long time. From Plato to Kant acknowledges the moral from the luck factor judgment has continued to modern Williams formally proposed the view of moral luck is broken. Luck and moral evaluation exists between what kind of relationship is a problem to be discussed in this paper, in this paper will also network ethics and moral luck combine to further explore how to solve the alienation of network morality, and how in the perspective of the moral luck for the construction of network ethics.This article takes the breakthrough point of moral luck to traditional moral concept of the impact, expounds the criticism and inheritance by Thomas Nagel of Kant’s luck view. Bringing clarity the relationship between moral luck and modern network ethics, the article also analyzes the subjective dilemma of network alienation. At the end of the preceding question are answered,putting forward to help the way to solve the network alienation and network moral vacuum,respectively from the aspects of the moral construction of the network, the attribution of responsibility and legal system to be analyzed, affirmed the guiding role of social ethics of network moral problems of luck to moral luck.
