My research recruits students among freshmen and sophomores.I get the information on their time management disposition and internet dependance by questionnaire. At last,20students were chosen as subjects,10students participate group counselling for a full month.Another10t students have not been interpolated for comparison. Pre-test, post-test and tracing-test on time management tendency and internet-dependant behaviour have been applied to both these two groups. Test results are systematically analyzed. My research proves that this group counselling’s interpolation has obvious effect on internet dependance and some on time management.1, After group counselling’s interpolation, experimental group has no-significant difference on their time management dispositiom and time value, but significant difference on the scores of time control and sense of time efficacy(p<0.05;p<0.001). In comparison, control group has no noticeable changes on their time management.2, In post-test, experimental group has significance change on their perspective on time management and control(p<0.05), the other two dimensions have some improvement too, but not to a significant level. In tracing-test, there is no noticeable difference on time management between control group and experimental group.3, After group counselling’s interpolation, experimental group changed significantly on internet dependance and this change survives after two months during tracing test(p<0.01). Control group has no obvious changes on internet dependance without interpolation.4, In post-test, experiment group internet dependence score was significantly higher than control group(p<0.05).This difference continues after two months in tracing test(p<0.01).
