Research On Ethics Thanksgiving Of The Helped Poor University Student In China

The issue of poor students has always been the concern of the Partyand the Government, and all sectors of society have also paid muchattention to this problem. In terms of this special group of poor students,we found that the poor college students have some ethical issues todifferent degree, such as ethic of responsibility, consumption ethic,thanksgiving ethics and integrity ethics. If there is no reasonable solution,it is bound to affect the construction of educational equity andharmonious society.Thanksgiving ethics is the kernel of traditional Chinese ethics andthe most dynamic in China’s cultural and ideological system. Itsideological connotations include admiration and respect to ancestors,honor to parents, the love for brothers and sisters, and the natural fear tothe world and gratitude to nature, loyalty for motherland and the faith toteachers etc. This thanksgiving ethics are inherited by learning traditionalculture classics and performing people’s custom. Today we need tocontinue maintaining the heritage of Chinese traditional culture andethics, and promote the sense of gratitude. We need to transfer thetraditional thanksgiving ethics into patterns of individual behavior so thatwe can establish spiritual support for the civilization of modern society.Poor college student’s thanksgiving ethics involves both consideration ofeconomic value as well as inherent implication and measure of value. It contains the people-oriented idea and philosophy with justice, equality,and promotion to development. Also, it obeys the principle of combingbenefit and faith, equity and efficiency, others-help and self-help. All thisconceptions brings easiness to solve the ethical issues among the collegepoor students such as lacking of honesty, gratitude, perseverance andunreasonable consumption value. The paper seeks the solution to savethe poor college students’ gratitude by analysis current situation andreasons with a purpose to satisfy the dual demands of social justice andindividual justice. In this paper, method of comparative study, case studymethod and literature research method are adopted here. By analyzingthe family, interpersonal relationship, society and nature, here explainshow the ethical problems happened among the designated students.Besides, here explores the reason why students has a weak gratitude in away looking into the social environment, the system of supply,thanksgiving cultural, moral education, family values and their ownself-cultivation. The above problems are discussed in the view ofgovernment, society, universities, family ethics and how the studentshelp themselves get out of this problem. Finally, the paper has put thepoor college students in a developing prospect which is set into thevision of the harmonious society.
